We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
Hi, I’m Sandika. It’s okay to need healing, and it’s okay to allow yourself to receive healing and support. I believe that the first step toward healing and change begins with having at least one person in our lives who we trust. The foundation of my coaching practice is to create a container of safety, understanding and trust. The philosophy behind Empowerment Coaching is that we can only create what our current emotional state allows us to create; entering the coaching Sandika Joy Evergreen holds diplomas from Rhodes Wellness College, the S.W.A.T. Biography
relationship means we are not alone, which positively changes our emotional state. When we are “in the muck,” our perception of reality is limited — and so is
our perception of what we can be, have, and do in life — but the more empowered we feel, the more incredible things we can create. When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. The problem that clients often bring to me is that they show up in their relationships and other areas of their lives as their ‘wounded’ self. They want to trust in themselves and life again, but they come across roadblocks, which are
often unprocessed traumas. These traumas can manifest as emotional triggers, compulsions, a loss of energy, optimism, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm. I help my clients remove these roadblocks by applying the Gentle Trauma Release Method ©, which incorporates protocols that have stood the test of time, such as the Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, and EFT. We focus on the bodily level, targeting the root causes of trauma, and once the trauma is neutralized, the results are
long-lasting. Whether it’s: ROCD, Communication, Limiting beliefs, Low self-esteem, Trauma, A painful past -bWe can get to the root to help you create your most empowered life!
