We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
In my practice, I take a people-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach. We work together to uncover what may be holding you back, empowering you to create a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I feel honored to walk this path with my clients, helping them break through barriers and connect with their inner strength. I currently run an online private practice out of Victoria BC Rita Chand

Biography
Hello! I’m Rita, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. After a long career in the corporate and government sectors, I discovered a deeper purpose in supporting others through counseling—a path that has truly breathed life back into me. My journey includes years of personal healing from early experiences with bullying and the challenge of navigating cultural expectations as a South Asian woman. I understand firsthand what it feels like to find and reclaim one’s voice.
I work with people navigating a range of life experiences including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, body-image, bullying, emotional eating, among others.
