We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
Registered Counsellor and Certified Life Skills Coach based in Vancouver, with a background in non-profit work, providing 1:1 support to individuals facing systemic barriers and marginalization. Rachel has navigated significant life adversities and channels her understanding of trauma to create a warm, approachable, and welcoming therapeutic space. People tend to seek her support for a safe harbour to come as they are, explore vulnerable topics, and develop a clearer perspective on complex circumstances. Her approach is defined by compassion, attunement, honesty, and non-judgmental support. She applies a holistic, strengths-based lens that considers the intricate relationship of mental, physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being. Clients are guided to deepen their understanding of themselves and the nature of their challenges, and learn how to move through obstacles using techniques informed by CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. Rachel prioritizes establishing a genuine connection with you as a fellow human being above all else. Counselling does not have to be intimidating.
