We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
“It’s ok to let the beautiful butterfly out.” That gentle invitation and call to courage from my first counsellor many years ago has been my guiding light in seeking out the deeper layers of my core self to share her with others, trusting that she will be seen, heard, and accepted as she is. This is also the inspiration for how I would like to support my clients at Bright Wings Wellness Counselling. As a professional teacher and mentor for over 20 years, I truly believe that gaining a deeper understanding of our inner landscape helps us connect better with ourselves and others, which in turn empowers us to make choices that bring a greater sense of fulfillment.
I offer one-on-one counselling support for adult clients who struggle to feel connected, purposeful, and motivated in their life due to family or relationship challenges. I am passionate about nurturing growth and creativity, and use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach with an existential lens to help clients work through feelings of disconnection, isolation, and loss to uncover their own bright wings and develop resilience out of adversity.
