Hello! My name is Nadia (she/her) and I am a Counselling Therapist, Life Coach, Instructor and Group Facilitator. Diversity inspires me and my goal is to provide a secure, healing relationship with and for people. For as long as we live, we all need support. I mostly work with young adults who are navigating change, relationships, and anxiety. I always aim and dedicate my practice to creating a client-centered, empathetic and safe space as you explore your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellness. I combine safety with compassion in order to hold a warm space for whoever comes my way. I counsel from a psycho-education based approach, which means I will always educate you on the process and modalities I use and you always have choice in which therapeutic approach we take together. Some modalities of practice include CBT, DBT and Narrative. I provide a variety of tools and skills, and am always ready to grow alongside my clients. I am only offering online/phone counselling services at this time. Clients located in Canada are all accepted. Limited sliding scale spots available.
