I am a grounded and passionate counsellor that comes from a place of curiosity and empathy from both my own lived experience of trauma, depression, anxiety and PMDD and also from the work I’ve put into my own healing. I believe that resilience and self worth is very powerful in overcoming change, transition and trauma. I come from a realistic approach using CBT and somatic work, but I also love working with spirituality and healing through nature and the clients’ own beliefs that keep them grounded and connected. Areas of Specialization: CBT, DBT, TRE, Somatic Therapy, Spiritual Wellness, Narrative Therapy, trauma and addictions informed, crisis intervention, Life coaching. I offer both coaching a counselling services, I am located in Coquitlam/ Port Moody area, I offer both Ecotherapy session locally or online sessions.
