Rhodes Alumni Counsellor & Life Coach Directory

We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.

Biography

Acknowledging something in our life can be a hard truth, so I want to honor the strength in you for the exploration of your mental health and seeking support. You may be feeling lonely, frustrated, at wits end or questioning why certain patterns are repeating themselves, I see you and you are not alone. There may be parts of you that are nudging you towards healing your wounds right now, sparking curiosity within yourself about what is possible. It’s my hope that I can support you in your curiosity towards healing, growth and a deeper understanding of yourself. You are capable of healing and are worth it. At the basis of my practice is creating a genuine connection as a place to work from. I’d love to offer a safe container for you to be heard, seen, and accepted as you are, without needing to be anyone other than how you show up. In the therapeutic process, it’s my belief you are the expert and I am the guide as I walk alongside you.

Areas of Specialization: I support individuals in the counselling space who feel like they are struggling with controlling or expressing their emotions, working through trauma, Men’s Issues, anger management, anxiety, depression, life stress, attachments in relationships, and with grief or loss. I approach counselling from a bio-psychosocial lens, meaning that all of you matters, your environment, thoughts and relationships. In sessions I utilize the modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. My private practice is online, meaning I meet you wherever you feel most comfortable and safe through a protected video platform or through a phone call.

If you have extended health benefits that cover counselling, you may be able to use them to see me. I invite you to reach out to me today and book a free 15 minute call.
