I’m Jennifer Purcell and my mission is to create more equitable workplaces. I have been a coach for 4 years and also have 30 years’ experience in management roles with government. Through lived experience, I understand the impact of racial bias, discrimination and systemic barriers have on career advancement and sense of belonging of racialized employees. As a senior manager, I’m also aware of the detrimental impact on productivity and morale when employees don’t feel heard, supported. I strive to be an inclusive leader. Through my company Lead to Change, I apply coaching techniques to help people navigate discrimination and unlock the positive benefits of workplace diversity and inclusion. Areas of Specialization: I offer life coaching services. My areas of specialization are: Career Coaching; Leadership Coaching; Coaching with a diversity lens.
