Rhodes Alumni Counsellor & Life Coach Directory

We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.

Biography

As a First Nations woman, going back to the beginning of my journey, I have walked with addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. I have the ability to connect, enlightened and show compassion for people who need guidance in their life to find their purpose.
What limiting beliefs are living rent free in your mind? What is it like to feel heard and seen? Do you need guidance with life experiences? Having someone to trust and have a conversation with that provides support can move mountains on your journey to heal. I can create space for you to be present with, witness and accept all of your parts (shadow, anger, rage, sexuality, anxiety, desire, joy, exaltation, etc.).
I believe that you are worthy of support to heal mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. You can learn, grow and thrive no matter where you come from or how your journey began! Let’s build a meaningful relationship, create a beautiful sacred space to motivate and provide professional guidance to be your highest self.

Through my counselling practice, I am a Trauma Informed Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who utilizes Somatic Therapy that works with the mind, body and soul connection to help process trauma, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help with anxiety, Talk Therapy that is strength based to get curious of what your true inner gifts are, Narrative Therapy to help transform your story into resiliency. My sessions are based online only at this time.

Areas of Specialization: Trauma, Addiction, Grief and loss, Anxiety, Life transitions, and Self Identity.
