We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
I have 20 years of work experience in various helping roles with youth, families, and people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and parenting. Working holistically with my clients includes mind, body and spirit. I approach my work from a strength based perspective and honouring the experiences of my clients as unique humans with the ability to learn and grow as they share their challenges. I believe in working from a heartfelt place with a kind, caring, and compassionate approach. I am an artist and a mother, and life long learner. I bring with me an opportunity to be creative in our process of working together. Training in somatic therapy, I work with the experiences felt in the body, incorporating breath work, mindfulness practices, assisting clients to become centred, grounded and confident. Working with the body, I have training in Relational Somatic Therapy. Specializing in: Stress Currently working online through zoom sessions Holly Drage
