We are honoured to bring you a list of our graduates who have chosen to list their services on our Alumni Directory. All of our graduates have received significant training to help them become professional coaches and counsellors. Directory listing does not guarantee their ability to help every individual and Rhodes Wellness College does not guarantee the work of every graduate. We always urge potential clients to find the best counsellors and coaches that work for their unique situations.
As a counsellor who works with men, I aim to be the kind of counsellor I would want to see for my mental and emotional health. My approach to therapy is supportive, action-oriented, and encouraging. I have a number of powerful tools, strategies, and skills that I share with my clients so they can live up to their full potential and keep moving forward – especially on days that are challenging. My clients that have the most success in counselling are those who are committed to the process and their growth. They appreciate my authenticity, warmth, and encouragement. My area of specialty is men’s mental health. I support men in navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication issues, and relationships challenges. I use a variety of approaches including CBT, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Performance Coaching Tools. I offer counselling only. I am located in Calgary, AB and all sessions are conducted over Zoom.Biography
