I have been an air traffic controller for more than 30 years. I have been an instructor, a team leader and part of stakeholder groups to improve communication and system efficiency. I am a woman in a male dominated industry and understand the challenges that can pose. In 2020, I chose to pivot and become a life coach to help improve the professional and personal lives of those in the aviation industry. I have loved every minute of making an impact in such a meaningful way. Areas of Specialization: Coaching – Resilience training, identifying values and goal setting, career planning. Working with women in male dominated industries. I do team workshops, motivational speaking and one on one coaching. I am located in Langley and practice within the greater Vancouver area.
