Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I studied at Dalhousie University and business college. I married a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and lived in various places across Canada until settling in Newfoundland. I worked various positions from office management to teaching. I struggled with alcohol dependency for awhile and have since been an advocate for women looking for help. I went back to school to become a life coach at Rhodes Wellness College so I could try and make a difference in someone’s life. I have two adult children and one grandchild and three doggies. I love nature and reading and craft when I can find time. Areas of Specialization: I coach women who have issues with alcohol. It’s a 12-week program run completely online so accessibility is not a problem.
