I have been interested in the world of counselling and psychology for as long as I can remember. I’ve always searched for the knowledge to understand myself better and enjoy helping others to understand themselves. I help people who are struggling with grief, death, loss and anxiety. As client and counsellor, we will work together to look at the issues coming up for you and ways that we can help you discover growth, connection and emotion. I enjoy connecting with people and providing a safe space for them to share their thoughts and feelings. We will work together to overcome the challenges of the past, and take steps together to shape the future with what works best for you. Areas of Specialization: Death, Dying Grief and loss
