Hi there! My name is Ana, I am a Registered Counsellor in Vancouver BC.My practice is trauma-informed, compassionate and client-centered. My passion is to support my clients by getting in touch with their inner wisdom and restoring the connection with themselves, and creating a safe place for them to reflect, feel their emotions, share their stories and challenges. I am informed in Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Dialectical and Somatic therapy, and I also draw from Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Inner Child Work and Feminist Therapy.
