Hello! I’m a certified K-12 teacher, an ICF trained Life Coach and a Blissology trained yoga instructor. I have a B.Sc of Kinesiology in active health and rehabilitation, certificate in health & fitness, and a B.Ed with a focus in Outdoor & Environmental Education. My passion is to support individuals in living their best life through movement, nature therapy and tapping into your true self. If you are feeling stuck, unfulfilled, confused about where to go next, or need a teammate to keep you on track with your goals, coaching will help you. You can, and I’ll help.
