Wellness Courses in the Diploma Program Teach Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Counselling
The Diploma in Wellness Counselling program provides instruction and activities designed to teach you how to facilitate wellness in all areas of life – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our wellness courses teach you how to nurture relationships, discover creativity and attain vibrant health. The Wellness coaching training includes bodywork such as Yoga, Spiritual Practice and Core Conditioning. We explore a variety of therapeutic techniques in your wellness training including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and the use of Therapeutic Re-enactments to improve Mental and Emotional health.
Wellness counsellors, coaches and educators are most effective when they operate from their own wisdom. Assimilating and integrating these wellness principles into your own life assists you tremendously when counselling others. Once you find your own optimum level of wellness and wisdom, you are able to set up comprehensive wellness plans for others.
You can strengthen your wellness leadership skills and build your professional practice by enrolling in the Professional Counselling Diploma program. The professional counselling training courses include the Wellness Counselling Diploma curriculum and build upon the professional delivery of these skills in individual practice, the workplace and the community. Our wellness coaching training teaches you to find your perfect balance of inner and external harmony.
Graduate Outcomes
After successfully finishing the program, our alumni consistently demonstrate a track record of success, transitioning into roles as life coaches, or wellness counsellors. Many move on to further study or set up their own coaching or counselling businesses.
